The focus of this role is to perform general administrative duties and to provide assistance to the Office Manager as required.

• Answer and transfer telephone calls
• Open and distribute post
• Prepare outgoing post
• Photocopy documents
• File documents
• Archive documents and records
• Data entry
• Keep accurate records
• Maintain and order stationery and other supplies
• Assist the Office Manager as necessary
• Undertake any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

• GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to use own initiative
• Strong attention to detail
