We also conduct thorough reference checks for all candidates and ensure that DBS checks are done in a timely manner to get your new staff on site and working as quickly as possible.

We provide a full induction to new engineering staff, giving them a full briefing on the role they will be taking up, the company and the site where they will be working. We make sure they know where they are going on the day, who to meet when they arrive and that they have all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hand before they start with you.
